Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Oriel, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Account Registration

You must create an account with a valid email address to use Oriel. You must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

In-App Purchases

Oriel offers optional premium features (such as person detection) available through subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually and renew automatically unless cancelled.

• Billing — All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store.
• Cancellation — To cancel a subscription, go to your Apple ID settings.
• Refunds — Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy.
• Pricing — Prices may change with notice; existing subscriptions remain at the current rate until renewal.

User Content

Recordings captured through Oriel are your property and your responsibility. We do not access, view, or share your recordings. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws regarding recording and surveillance in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Oriel for any unlawful purpose, to monitor locations you do not own or have authorization to monitor, or to infringe on the privacy rights of others.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Oriel is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oriel and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings > Delete Account. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts in Taiwan.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
